I think some people recharge by slowing down. I seem to recharge by moving.

If I’m not at the gym, there’s a good chance I’m outdoors somewhere. A walk by the sea, a hike, a game of paddle, trying a new activity… I’ve always loved the feeling of being active. It clears my mind and fills me with energy that somehow stays with me for the rest of the day.

Barcelona suits me for exactly that reason. It has this wonderful mix of city life and Mediterranean calm. One moment you’re enjoying a coffee in a quiet square, the next you’re watching the sun sparkle across the sea. I never get tired of it.

I enjoy people who are curious, spontaneous and know how to enjoy the moment. The kind of evening that starts with “Let’s have one drink” and somehow turns into discovering a new rooftop, finding a restaurant neither of us has tried before, or simply talking until we’ve completely lost track of time.

I love beautiful things, although they don’t have to be extravagant. Fresh food, sunshine on my skin, a favourite perfume, a hotel with character, a table with a view, or finding a hidden little place that feels like your own secret. Those details make ordinary days feel special.

I’m naturally affectionate and expressive. I enjoy making someone feel welcome, appreciated and completely present with me. My attention is always genuine, and I think that’s what creates the best kind of connection.

If I had to describe myself in just a few words, I’d say I’m a Mediterranean soul with an active heart. I love movement, beautiful experiences and people who bring out the best in an evening. I have a feeling we’ll create something memorable together.
